HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO REPLACE MY FILTER?
Every filter is designed for around 2 months of daily use. Signs it’s time for a fresh one include reduced water flow or a return of tap water’s chlorine scent.
WHAT DOES THE REFILL REMOVE?
The Refill Kit 01 has the same dual-layer filtration as our core system: reducing chlorine, limescale, heavy metals (like lead and copper), and microplastics for softer, healthier water.
IS IT DIFFICULT TO CHANGE THE FILTER?
Not at all it takes less than a minute. Simply open your faucet filter, swap the old cartridge for a new one, and enjoy fresh, clean water again.
DO I NEED TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO BUY?
No you can purchase single refills. But most customers choose our Smart Refill subscription so a new cartridge arrives every 2 months, right on time.
