2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all orders, deliveries, and services offered via our website.
Any conflicting terms proposed by customers do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Products & Availability
All products are described with due care. Minor deviations in appearance, packaging, or specifications may occur and do not constitute defects.
Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs & Duties
All prices are displayed in the currency of your delivery country and are final.
The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. It includes:
- all applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax),
- shipping to your delivery address,
- all customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees.
You will not be charged any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery. If a carrier or customs authority nevertheless requests payment of duties or import taxes for your order, please do not pay them and contact us at support@taepfilter.com. We will settle these charges directly or reimburse you in full.
5. Orders & Contract Conclusion
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
The purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or supply issues). Any payment already made will be refunded in full.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including:
- Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
- Klarna (pay later options, where available)
Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers. We do not store full payment details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free of charge to all countries we deliver to. The estimated delivery time is shown before checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated as binding. We will inform you if we become aware of a significant delay.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
8. Returns & Refunds
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights depending on their country of residence.
Details regarding returns, eligibility, and refund processing are outlined in our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded from return unless defective.
9. Warranty & Liability
We provide warranties as required by applicable law.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
