Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website operated by taep technologies GmbH.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Where applicable under Swiss or EU consumer law, customers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us in writing (e.g. by email) within the withdrawal period.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within the applicable withdrawal period

  • The product is in resalable condition

For hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. filters, water-contact components), returns are excluded once the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken hygiene seals

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

This does not affect statutory warranty rights.

4. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time, depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or in case of defective or incorrect items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
