1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with taep technologies GmbH. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand delivery times, costs, and related conditions.

 

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase has been completed.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship all orders from our international fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Standard International Shipping

•       Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch

•       Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped

•       Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances

 

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., holiday periods), delivery times may be slightly longer than stated.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. taep technologies GmbH has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please note that customs processing may add additional time to your delivery estimate.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

 

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

taep technologies GmbH takes great care in packaging all orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

•       For damaged items: retain all original packaging and take photographs of the damage before contacting us

•       For lost shipments: we will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. taep technologies GmbH cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@taepfilter.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
