Unpack the Core System and adapters. Place everything on a towel next to your sink. Unscrew the tap aerator from the faucet.

Unpack the Core System and adapters. Place everything on a towel next to your sink.

2. Choose the right adapter

Pick the adapter that matches your faucet thread. It should catch easily and sit straight (no cross-threading).

3. Insert the silicone gasket 

Place one silicone gasket on the adapter / in the seat to create a tight seal.

4. Screw on the Core System (hand-tight) 

Attach the Core System straight and turn clockwise until it sits firmly.

5. Final tightening (light only) 

Use the small wrench for a gentle final tighten — only as much as needed. Over-tightening can cause slipping.

6. First use: flush for 2 minutes

A small amount of carbon dust can appear with new filters. Let water run for about 2 minutes before using on your face.

If no adapter fits: Universal Adapter (18–22 mm)

If the included adapters do not fit your faucet, use the Universal Adapter for faucets with approximately 18–22 mm diameter.

  • Loosen the clamp/rubber strap with a screwdriver.
  • Select the inner/outer layer that matches your faucet diameter.
  • Tighten the clamp until secure.

FAQ

  • Check that the silicone gasket sits flat and is properly placed. Try a different adapter and tighten only hand-tight + a gentle wrench finish.
  • Do not over-tighten. Switch to a different adapter or use the Universal Adapter (18–22 mm).
